Shipping Method & Processing Time
All orders placed within the United States are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing before shipment. You will receive a shipping confirmation email, which includes your tracking number, once your order has been dispatched.
During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take slightly longer — but rest assured, we’ll do our best to ship your order as soon as possible.
Domestic Shipping
Once shipped, most domestic packages arrive within 3–5 business days.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, holidays, and carrier volume.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order, as we cannot guarantee address changes once an order is processed.
International Shipping
Yes — we proudly ship to most countries worldwide! 🌎
However, depending on your location, you may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees upon delivery.
Nature’s Rehab has no control over these charges, nor can we predict the cost, as it depends on each country’s customs policies.
Refusal to pay such fees may result in your package being returned to us or abandoned; unfortunately, in those cases, we cannot issue a refund.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
If your order is delayed or missing, please contact USPS directly and file a claim.
However, we’re happy to assist and guide you through the process — just send us an email with your order number.
