At Nature’s Rehab, we take pride in crafting products made from the highest quality organic ingredients under strict quality-control standards to ensure purity, safety, and effectiveness.
Because of our handcrafted and small-batch nature, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the case of products that arrive damaged.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@naturesrehabinc.com.
Include:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the damaged item

  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will happily arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Please note: we cannot replace items reported beyond the 7-day period.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or change your order, please email us at info@naturesrehabinc.com as soon as possible.
We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but since our fulfillment team processes orders quickly, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered the shipping stage.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Because our products are personal-care items and made fresh in small batches, we do not issue refunds once an order has shipped, unless the product was damaged upon arrival.
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to your original method of payment after we confirm the issue.
